4. Project Terms
- Project Scope: A detailed project scope will be outlined in the contract for each specific project. Any changes to the scope must be mutually agreed upon and may incur additional costs.
- Timeline: We strive to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, third-party service providers, or client delays.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide necessary access, information, and resources required to complete the project within the agreed timeline. Failure to provide these may result in delays or additional charges.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment, will be outlined in your project contract.
- Late Payments: In the event of late payment, OneInfoSys Technologies LLP reserves the right to suspend project work until payment is made. Late payments may be subject to a penalty fee as outlined in the project contract.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All intellectual property created during the course of the project, including but not limited to code, designs, and content, will remain the property of OneInfoSys Technologies LLP until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client, except for any third-party components.
- Third-Party Software: We may use third-party plugins, libraries, or software as part of your project. Ownership of these components remains with their respective owners, and you will be subject to their licensing terms.
7. Termination
- By Client: If the client chooses to terminate the project, they must do so in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
- By OneInfoSys Technologies LLP: We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if the client breaches any terms outlined in this document or fails to make payments on time.
8. Refunds
- Refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be made within the timeline specified in that policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
- OneInfoSys Technologies LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability for any claims arising from the services provided will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
10. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project private and secure. This includes client data, business processes, and proprietary information.
- Confidentiality obligations will remain in effect even after the project is completed.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where OneInfoSys Technologies LLP is registered.
12. Amendments
- OneInfoSys Technologies LLP reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of those changes.
