Refunds

We are committed to delivering high-quality web development and IT services, and client satisfaction is our top priority. In case of dissatisfaction, the following refund policy applies:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Clients may request a refund if they are not satisfied with the project outcome. This request must be made within 5 days of project delivery. After this period, OneInfoSys Technologies LLP will not process any refund requests.

2. Exclusions

  • Domain & Hosting Services: If the project includes domain registration and/or hosting services provided by us, no refunds will be processed for these services.
  • Non-Refundable Services: The following services are non-refundable:
    • Consultation or discovery fees.
    • Custom integrations or third-party services used during the development process.
    • Any service where work has already begun and can’t be reversed.

3. Refund Policy by Project Stage

  • Design Phase: If a project is terminated during the design phase (before coding begins), up to 50% of the total project cost may be refunded, depending on the amount of work completed.
  • Development Phase: If the project reaches the development phase, refunds are not applicable due to the amount of custom work involved.
  • Testing & Delivery Phase: No refunds will be provided once the project enters the testing and delivery phase, as most deliverables have been completed at this point.

4. Client Termination

  • If the client chooses to terminate the project before completion, refunds will be provided based on the amount of work already completed. A breakdown of hours worked and deliverables will be provided to justify any partial refunds.
  • Cancellation after Completion: If the project is terminated after final delivery, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving a refund request, we will review and assess the claim. If approved, you will be notified and refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear may vary based on your financial institution.
